About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner with department heads to optimize spend and provide actionable insights that directly impact the company's bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circle Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for key business units.
- check_circle Analyze financial performance against budget and historical results, highlighting trends and variances.
- check_circle Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- check_circle Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and new product launches.
- check_circle Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
